Hello Justin:

I want to thank you.  The shipment arrived on Friday.  I surprised my husband and did a four course dinner and beer pairing with the kobe beef fillet as the main entrée.  I paired the fillet with a Stone Smoked Porter beer.  There was a look of pure satisfaction on my husband’s face.  He said he has never had steak that great – tender, flavorful, melt in your mouth.   And by the way, I highly recommend that beer with the fillet even though I am more of a wine person.

Just wanted to let you know we did get our kobe beef and it was wonderful!! We
actually decided we like the taste and texture of the Kobe better than the
full blood for burgers.

We are still a bit out from opening but we would like to use your Kobe beef
for our burger selections.

The filet's and NY strips were a hit. Going to try the brisket/tri tip this weekend. Attached are some pictures of a cab tractor with a loader. Not sure if this is too old/small for you.
