Hello Justin:

I want to thank you.  The shipment arrived on Friday.  I surprised my husband and did a four course dinner and beer pairing with the kobe fillet as the main entrée.  I paired the fillet with a Stone Smoked Porter beer.  There was a look of pure satisfaction on my husband’s face.  He said he has never had steak that great – tender, flavorful, melt in your mouth.   And by the way, I highly recommend that beer with the fillet even though I am more of a wine person.
