delighted my family is with your kobe beef. We have been regular customers of Niman
Ranch beef for the last 8 years and sporadically have tried dozens of different
providers of free range, organic and naturally raised beef throughout North
America in the last decade, always settling on Niman Ranch beef as the most
tender and flavorful of the many we have tried. We can say with 100% confidence
that your beef far surpasses anything we have tried to date including any cut
from Niman Ranch (and is less expensive to boot). We look forward to becoming
longstanding and regular consumers of your beef and cannot recommend it highly

beef is the hands-down winner. From Liz Hello Justin: I want to thank you. The shipment arrived on Friday. I surprised my husband and did a four course dinner and beer pairing with the kobe beef fillet as the main entrée. I paired the fillet with a Stone Smoked Porter beer. There was a look of pure satisfaction on my husband’s face. He said he has never had steak that great – tender, flavorful, melt in your mouth. And by the way, I highly recommend that beer with the fillet even though I am more of a wine person. Thank you again and I plan to purchase in the future.

Just to let you know how pleased we were with your shipment of the kobe beef last
week. So far, we only had the tri-tip, and it was delicious. We will have the
other meat next weekend.
Can you let me know how much in advance you prefer to know our order, esp. for
tri-tips?
